CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., both part of World Travel Holdings (WTH), have announced the line-up of speakers and workshop roster for the upcoming 2011 National Conference. The event takes place October 9 to 16 aboard Royal Caribbean International’s Allure of the Seas. Featured will be keynote speakers and panelists, as well as five distinctive “Learning Tracks” to guide franchise owners and agents. Themed “Expand Your Horizons,” the 2011 CruiseOne & Cruises Inc. National Conference will be the companies’ largest ever, welcoming 750 plus attendees.
“We will once again provide first class training, continuing education and networking opportunities as part of this year’s National Conference,” said Dwain Wall, senior vice president and general manager of CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. “Through this annual event, we offer our agents a true competitive advantage and a variety of unique offerings for their clients.”
This year, attendees will learn from keynote speaker Gregg Lederman, an award-winning author and business consultant. Lederman’s trademarked “Achieving Brand Integrity” model has been used by companies globally.
Other speakers this year will include cruise line industry executives, such as Vicki Freed of Royal Caribbean International; Dondra Ritzenthaler of Celebrity Cruises; Edie Bornstein of Azamara Club Cruises and many others.
