MTravel, the host agency division of Montrose Travel, reports the completion of its 6th Annual Educational Conference in Vail, Colorado. The conference featured four days of networking events, specialty training sessions and small group discussions. Along with their consortia partner Ensemble Travel, nearly 30 cruise, tour operator, tourism board and travel insurance supplier partners participated in the event.
Conference attendees included self-employed travel entrepreneurs who use Montrose Travel's host agency model as a support system for their own home-based businesses. The agenda was a mix of full and breakout training sessions, workshops, supplier roundtable discussions, one-on-one mentoring meetings and a trade show. Attendees also received a private tour of the Globus Headquarters in Littleton, Colorado.
Globus also sponsored a customized post-conference tour of the most popular national parks throughout Colorado and Utah.
