New Las Vegas Rewards Program Launched

Travel agents looking for a new reasons to sell Las Vegas can check out a new Vegas Rewards program that offers new incentives for travel agents, including home-based independents.

Five top, Mailpound, CCRA, Travelsavers and the Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN)--are participating and are making it easy for agents to receive their incentives. Each group’s members are eligible for prizes valued at up to $3,000 and each group has dedicated online sites ready.

Vegas Rewards is a productivity-based incentive. Agents can enter their Vegas bookings in any one of the five rewards website to qualify. Up to $3,000 in prizes are available for each participating group.

The new rewards program is not a sweepstakes; it is a performance-based rewards program and a way to thank professional agents for booking one of the worlds great destinations. Participation is strictly limited to enrolled travel agents who meet all criteria set forth by the sponsor and administrator.

Additionally, any agent signing up for the Vegas Rewards program thru whatever promoting group is eligible to sign up for and receive Leisure Pops free of charge. Leisure Pops automates the Vegas Rewards site submissions on behalf of the participating agents. Details can be found at

In addition, each of these groups has an agreement with Leisure Pops which can automatically populate the Vegas Rewards site. As part of the Vegas Rewards program any participating agent can get Leisure Pops for free with the program. The $10 per month per agent fee is waived if an member agent signs up in conjunction with the Vegas Rewards program.

Agents can also sign up for Leisure Pops at the main site ( by entering LVAR (stands for Las Vegas Agent Rewards) in the promotion code.

Several future Vegas featured rewards promotions are being planned and discussions are underway with working with several other agent groups, Lee Rosen, president of Leisure Pops said.

The rules are simple: All submissions must be entered in on-line booking tracker at Submissions by mail, fax, email or other means are not acceptable and cannot be returned or acknowledged.

• All travel must be completed prior to August 31, 2011 for bookings made May 16 – July 31, 2011.

• Bookings must be entered no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2011.

• Eligible bookings must include hotel accommodations in Las Vegas. Reservation packages that include hotel are eligible.
Award Levels: Sponsor and administrator will fulfill all prizes through a stored value debit card. The top travel agent, based on the dollar value of consumed travel, accommodations and related ground services / entertainment receives a stored value debit card as detailed below:

Period 1: Awarded on September 15, 2011 for May 16 – June 30, 2011 actualized bookings
o Grand prize: Two (2) $500 cash card
o First prize: Two (2) $250 cash card
o Total: Four (4) cash cards totaling $1,500

• Period 2: Awarded on September 15, 2011 for July 1 – July 31, 2011 actualized bookings
o Grand prize: Two (2) $500 cash card
o First prize: Two (2) $250 cash card
o Total: Four (4) cash cards totaling $1,500

Participation in the Vegas Rewards program is open to all U.S. and Canadian travel agencies with a current and legitimate ARC/IATA or CLIA numbers. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the U.S. or Canada.

Enrollment is required and is the sole responsibility of participating agents. Agencies may not combine bookings of multiple agents into an individual agent account. The sponsor reserves the right at any time at their absolute discretion to refuse or revoke membership in the program for any reason. It is the sole responsibility of participating agents to confirm receipt of program bookings.
