Dave Spinelli, who currently serves as Vacation.com’s Director of Strategic Business Development, has been promoted to Vice President of Industry Relations & Revenue Management within Travel Leaders Group. In his new leadership role, Spinelli will be responsible for developing and fostering the strongest possible relationships for Travel Leaders Group with a wide range of leisure-focused preferred suppliers across its group of companies. Spinelli first joined Vacation.com in 2001; Vacation.com was acquired by Travel Leaders Group in December 2010.

Prior to his most recent role with Vacation.com, Spinelli held various director-level positions within the company, including e-commerce marketing and sales. He was also involved in Vacation.com’s travel agency membership recruitment nationally. Spinelli joined Vacation.com following the merger between ACTION 6 and Vacation.com. Before the acquisition, he held the position of General Manager of ACTION 6, handling the overall operations of the member agency consortium. Spinelli also worked for many years at travel trade publications in New York City under the title of Managing Editor. Travel Leaders Group manages leisure, business and franchise travel operations under a variety of diversified divisions and brands and reported sales of over $14 billion in 2010.
