Travel Leaders Names Keynote Speaker for National Conference

atlantaTravel Leaders Franchise Group reports that noted author Bryan Dodge will be its keynote speaker at its 2013 Travel Leaders National Meeting, November 14-16, at Hyatt Regency Atlanta

Dodge is a bestselling author, radio personality and motivational speaker who will address Travel Leaders members, along with their in-house agents and Independent Contractors (ICs), on how to maximize their full potential.

Travel Leaders also said that its theme for the National Meeting – “Your Company. Your Goals” – squarely focuses on each individual member to help achieve their potential.

Roger  Block, president of Travel Leaders Franchise Group, said Dodge will explain to Travel Leaders agents how they can remain competitive in today’s marketplace, as well as to excel at tapping into any unlocked personal potential they may not have realized they have.

Block also noted that the meeting theme selected for the 2013 Travel Leaders National Meeting – “Your Company. Your Goals” – was specifically selected to further emphasize the introspective focus that Dodge will offer Travel Leaders agents.

In a message to Travel Leaders members, Block stated:

"Just for a moment, let’s put away the lofty vision of our corporate direction from Headquarters and our high-level messages of growth and positioning. Instead let’s take this moment to turn the table and focus on the personal goals and objectives of each of you – your company and your goals.

Obviously, you don’t spend countless hours in your agencies working hard on behalf of your clientele simply to advance who we are here in Minneapolis. So we want to change the focus to what interests you and explain how Travel Leaders will help you achieve your goals. If your agency is hitting on all cylinders – along with the rest of our network – Travel Leaders can’t help but accelerate.

Your Company. Your Goals. That is the theme of the 2013 National Meeting scheduled for this November 14-16, in Atlanta. This year, it’s all about you. It’s also all about your agency and the agents working directly for your agency, along with any Independent Contractors (IC) you have working for you, too.

Since we’re planning to focus on you and everything you represent, I hope that you’ll make every effort to bring as many of your team to Atlanta as possible."

Travel Leaders said it will devote considerable time throughout the  three days in Atlanta to workshops for owners, managers, frontline agents and ICs to further sharpen their skills, business knowledge and expertise.

Among the new features is the launch of Travel Leaders’ Learning Lounge so that all attendees can better understand each of of the groups proprietary programs and initiatives designed to help them surpass their business potential, Block explained. “Travel Leaders members will be able to talk one-on-one with all our subject matter experts to more thoroughly understand, experience and implement all the major components of our  branded programs and initiatives. "

Block said representatives from Travel Leaders programs will be on-hand for the Learning Lounge, including:
