News Analysis: Can Costa Concordia Guests Collect?
On Friday, a $460 million lawsuit was filed in Miami federal court on behalf of six people onboard the ill-fated Jan. 13 cruise on Costa Concordia. Another lawsuit has also been filed in Chicago on behalf of a crew member and that filing asks for "class action" status to represent others.
