Carnival Changes Itineraries With Costa Maya Calls

Carnival Cruise Lines is revising three of its ships itineraries in the face of damage to incurred by Costa Maya's port due to Hurricane Dean. Carnival Fantasy, departing Aug. 25 on a five-day cruise from New Orleans,will swap out its Costa Maya call with Progreso. Carnival Glory will, too, leave Aug. 25 on a seven-day cruise from Port Canaveral and add a Key West and Progreso stop, eschewing Costa Maya and Belize. Carnival Legend, departing Aug. 26 from Tampa, will replace its Costa Maya and Belize visits with calls to Key West and Ocho Rios. Carnival says it will imminently announce revisions to other ships with Costa Maya itineraries.
