Celebrity Cruises’ newest ship, the Celebrity Silhouette, will feature the industry’s first interactive open-air grilling restaurant, “The Lawn Club Grill.”
The 58-seat Grill will allow guests to choose a member of their group as a “Grill Master,” who is then paired up with a Celebrity Cruises chef to assist in preparing the meal. Grill Masters also receive a complimentary apron,
The Grill offers a gourmet salad bar, a la carte-styled “build your own” pizzas, and over 12 grilled specialties. The Lawn Club Grill will be open from 5-10 p.m. nightly, and from 12-2 p.m. on one day at sea during each cruise. Pre-bookings for the Grill are available online for ticketed guests online. A reservation fee of $30 per guest is required.
