Silversea has released new details on the dining experiences available onboard its new flagship Silver Muse, which is set to launch in April 2017.

The ship will sail with eight restaurants, including the French fine dining restaurant La Dame, developed through the line’s exclusive partnership with Relais & Châteaux. Guests at La Dame will be able to enjoy bespoke menus created by top chefs from the Relais & Châteaux team, spotlighting locally sourced ingredients and paired with fine wines.

Contemporary Asian flavors will be on offer at Kabuki and Indochine. Kabuki, inspired by the ancient art of Kabuki theatre, honors traditional Japanese culture, while Indochine draws inspiration from the spice markets of Mumbai and the aromas of Thailand.

The newly announced Silver Note will pay tribute to the jazz clubs of Manhattan, offering live performances and tapas-style dishes.

Hot Rocks will invite guests to make their own selection of meat, fish and vegetables and cook for themselves at their table on top of the 400-Degree-Celsius lava stone.

La Terrazza draws inspiration from Silversea's Italian heritage, with space available to dine al fresco or with an ocean view. Interactive food stations include an olive oil cellar, mozzarella bar, seafood station and salumeria.

The Italian restaurant Regina Margherita, will be open throughout the day serving relaxed Italian favourites, including its signature home-made Italian Pizzas from the pool-side, while Atlantide will offer seafood. Bespoke dishes such as royal crab, blue lobster and Verbena infused red snapper will be showcased alongside steaks sourced from offshore.
