Crystal Cruises has appointed Karen Scott Caplice district sales manager to its North American sales force. Caplice will manage eastern Canada, including Ontario, Quebec and the eastern provinces. Caplice is based in the Toronto metropolitan area and is a 25-year veteran of the cruise and travel industry. She comes to Crystal from Cruises Strategies, where she was director of business development, representing Seabourn, Silversea, Paul Gauguin, Windstar and more.
