Cunard has released its new 2018 program for its three Queen ships: Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria and the newly-remastered Queen Mary 2. The new itineraries and packages were released alongside a variety early booking benefits and opportunities.
Program highlights include 20 new maiden calls for the fleet, including Rockland, United States; Sept Iles, Canada; Visby, Sweden; Riga, Latvia; Klaipeda, Lithuania; Bodo, Norway; Narvik, Norway; Hvar, Croatia; Puerto del Rosario, Spain; La Rochelle, France; Gijon, Spain; Taormina, Italy; Portree, United Kingdom; Donegal, Ireland; Haugesund, Norway; Propriano, Corsica; Portoroz, Slovenia; and Rijeka, Croatia.
The top 10 ports brought back to Cunard itineraries in 2018 include Fort de France, Martinique; Kingstown, St. Vincent; Gdynia, Poland; Bilbao, Spain; Corner Brook, Canada; Travemunde, Germany; Helsingor, Denmark; Alghero, Sardinia; Helsinki, Finland and Kristiansand, Norway.
The new program also has six new overnight destinations and 15 new evenings in port (meaning 9:00 p.m. or later departures) in addition to Cunard’s signature transatlantic voyages.
Offered on the Queen Victoria from September to November will be a “Best of the Med” itinerary covering the western, central and eastern Mediterranean regions, embarking in either Civitavecchia, Venice or Barcelona.
On the Queen Mary 2, guests have the opportunity to choose from 12, round-trip, New York sail dates to the Caribbean, New England or Europe when combined with the Transatlantic Crossings.
Cunard is offering five new special event sailings for 2018, including Voyage du Vin; A Photographic Journey to the Land of the Midnight Sun; Big Band Ball; Transatlantic Fashion Week; and A Journey of Genealogy. Spread amongst the three Queen ships throughout mid through late 2018, destinations on these themed voyages include Spain, Portugal, The Fjords, Netherlands and two westbound crossings.
Guests who book by June 30, 2017, will receive Cunard’s complimentary drink package as well as pre-paid gratuities for those in Princess & Queens Grill Suites, in addition to up to $250 Onboard Credit per stateroom.
