Cunard Celebrates the Queen Elizabeth

Big Band Cunard will be celebrating Queen Elizabeth’s fifth birthday will a Big Band Ball. The party will include five nights of music and dancing during the five-day cruise from Southhampton to Amsterdam.

Guests will enjoy jazz and swing music popular in the 1920s as well as music from the 1960s. Historian Eric Flounder will give a live telling of the history of Cunard, and during the performance comedian Mike Miller will add several jokes. Guests will also be invited to a classic black tie gala dinner with a special menu to celebrate the occasion.

A Balcony stateroom starts at $1,298 per person.

Queen Elizabeth was named after Her Majesty The Queen, and Cunard took ownership of the ship October, 4, 2010
