Healthy eating and exercise while on vacation challenge contestants on an Oct. 4 episode of the NBC television show "The Biggest Loser," filmed aboard Princess' 2,670-passenger Sapphire Princess. In the episode from the show's third season, producers wanted to put contestants to the test with the ultimate in dining temptation, while showing it is possible to lose weight and make healthy lifestyle choices on a cruise.
