Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines and Online Travel Training have jointly created a new web-based training tool that agents can complete on their own schedule.

The tool is comprised of five easy-to-navigate modules suitable for both cruise industry newcomers and established cruise experts.
“Our new online training [tool] has been tailored specifically with busy agents in mind, as they can fit it into their day as and when they please,” explained Lol Nichols, general sales manager for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, “and it is both fun and informative.”
Each module concludes with 10 multiple choice questions to complete. Agents need to earn a 90 percent score to pass the training tool. Successful students will receive an e-certificate for their achievement.
As an additional incentive, for the tool’s first month, all passing agents will be entered into a prize drawing for a chance to win one of five Kindle 3Gs or one of 50 boxes of Thorntons chocolates.
