Royal Caribbean International has introduced the latest version of its online portal dedicated to corporate meetings, incentives and charters at sea: www.RoyalCaribbeanIncentives.com.

Meeting planners can use the new site to create their own accounts; save searches and profiles; search for availability; request a proposal; and access a library of information and resources.

“Royal Caribbean International’s fleet of 22 of the world’s most innovative cruise ships are the perfect destinations for company meetings and incentive travel,” said Lori Cassidy, director of corporate, incentive and charter sales, Royal Caribbean International. “Companies get more for their dollar by hosting an event on Royal Caribbean, with meeting spaces and A/V equipment, meals and entertainment, our signature Gold Anchor Service and much more included in the cruise fare."

The new intuitive design features a navigation bar along the top, guiding planners to instant references about the Royal Experience, embarkation/disembarkation and port call destinations, Royal Caribbean’s ships, onboard event venues, as well as a meeting resource center for tips, guidelines and further information on planning a meeting, incentive or group event at sea.

A new search engine also is connected live to the cruise line’s inventory system. Agents planning meetings or events can use this search engine to check ship and facilities' availability based on a wide range of criteria, including travel dates, destinations, length of meeting, choice of departure ports, total number of participants, and desired level of accommodations.

In addition, corporate travel and meeting planners can instantly request a proposal from Royal Caribbean based on those criteria, and save and track their progress in a personalized and secure online account.

Royal Caribbean also offers a comprehensive planning guide. It gives meeting planners detailed information on how to plan and customize an event at sea. The guide includes venue choices by class of ship, dining options, team building events, deck plans as well as a wide variety of customization options. Agents may also download the guide at www.RoyalCaribbeanIncentives.com.

The line's ships are available for full-ship charters, as needed, and Royal Caribbean International also offers Royal Incentive Rewards, a turnkey incentive solution for businesses and organizations looking to improve company performance.
