Joanie Ogg Named the Godmother of Emerald Waterways' Emerald Star

Emerald Waterways named travel industry veteran Joanie Ogg as the godmother of its newest “Star-Ship” Emerald Star. Ogg is a Master Cruise Counselor and a Certified Travel Counselor.

The christening is schedule for Oct. 15 in Vienna.

Ogg was voted “Travel Agent of the Year” by her peers, is the recipient of two “Lifetime Achievement Awards” from Travel Trade Magazine, and has been named as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Travel” by Travel Agent Magazine, three years running. She was recently inducted into the CLIA “Hall of Fame” an honor only given to the most influential executives in the industry.
