Greater Miami and the Beaches is kicking off 2016 with its third annual Miami Cruise Month (sponsored by Citibank), timed to coincide with Wave Season.
The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) has partnered with leading cruise brands for deals on sailings booked in January and departing throughout the year, as well as exclusive offerings for destination pre-and-post cruise stays. The GMCVB has also launched a dedicated Miami Cruise Month Website -- www.MiamiCruiseMonth.com -- to provide resources for planning and booking.

The GMCVB will also host the #CruiseChat Awards on Twitter recognize the best in cruising and social media. Travelers can vote for their cruise favorites across more than two dozen categories that range from Favorite Cruise Line and Favorite Embarkation Port to Most Engaging Cruise Industry Executive on Social Media. The event begins Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at 2 p.m. ET using #MiamiCruise and #CruiseChat.
