NCL Launches Guest Feedback Program

As part of its new Freestyle 2.0 initiative, Norwegian Cruise Line is adding a guest feedback tool, the NCL Guest Experience & Loyalty Scorecard, which collects and analyzes passenger feedback regarding their cruise experience.     

Once guests return from their cruise, they will receive an invitation via e-mail that allows them to submit feedback, which NCL says it will use to develop its product and chart the effectiveness of Freestyle 2.0. The new initiative will be in place by mid-April, NCL says. Visit
