November 27, 2007 By: Travel Agent Central Contributor Travel Agent

Cunard Line is dipping into its British heritage by bringing the sport of fencing onboard its newest ocean liner, Queen Victoria, which enters service December 10. The line has enlisted the help of Leon Paul Fencing Equipment to craft the program, which is a first at sea, Cunard said. "The sports and recreation program is designed to provide unique and stimulating guest experiences," said Carlo Marlow, president of Cunard. Guests will have the chance to learn fencing from a certified instructor and use world-champion-level equipment. Up to 10 passengers at a time can participate in the fencing. Visit (DE)
