Norwegian Cruise Line Offers Alaska Savings

 

Norwegian Cruise Line’sUpgrade WAVE” sales event continues with savings on cruises through Alaska. Guests who book a new Alaska cruise reservation today or tomorrow, March 8, 2013, will receive $100 to spend on board, regardless of stateroom category, free balcony upgrades, up to $500 in air credits, e-coupons worth over $300 in on board savings and combinable with exclusive AARP member discounts. Guests sailing on Norwegian Sun in Alaska will enjoy additional savings including 50 percent off for kids, ages 17 and under, when they sail with two adults in the same stateroom, and guests who book an Alaska Cruise Tour in conjunction with their Norwegian Sun cruise will receive an additional $100 on board credit.

Norwegian Sun sets sail to Alaska from May 13, 2013 through Sept. 9, 2013, offering a series of seven-day cruises from either Vancouver, British Columbia or Whittier, Alaska, with fares starting at $429. In addition to Wave Season offers, families cruising on Norwegian Sun with kids, ages 17 and under, who are sailing with two adults in the same stateroom will receive an additional 50 percent off their cruise fare. Guests sailing on Norwegian Sun also have the opportunity to take advantage of an Alaska Cruisetour. Ranging from four to six days, one of four tour packages are available, all of which are escorted by a local Alaskan guide. Each Cruisetour has two nights in Denali National Park, as well as a ride on the Alaska Railroad. For a limited time, guests who book a Cruisetour will receive an additional $100 on board credit to use on board.

Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Jewel also provide guests with an Alaska cruise experience as both ships set sail from Seattle. Norwegian Pearl sails a series of seven-day cruises every Sunday from May 19, 2013 through Sept. 22, 2013, from $499, and Norwegian Jewel sails every Saturday from May 18, 2013 through Sept. 14, 2013, with fares starting at $579.
