Norwegian Shifts Ships to Avoid Tropical Storm Cristobal

Norwegian Cruise Line modified two itineraries and is watching another to avoid tangling with Tropical Storm Cristobal in the Atlantic Ocean. On Monday, the line said it was closely monitoring the storm's path and had made the following modifications:

Norwegian Dawn will depart Bermuda at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26.

If conditions prevent Norwegian Gem from anchoring at Great Stirrup Cay on Tuesday, August 26, the ship will proceed to Nassau and stay overnight through 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27.

Norwegian Breakaway will modify her Bermuda itinerary and sail south to arrive in Port Canaveral, FL on Wednesday, August 27 and will call in Nassau on Thursday, August 28.

Guests on board the Norwegian vessels will be updated by their ships’ captains. Any updates will be posted by Norwegian on www.ncl.com.
