Protravel International has announced that its Director of Cruise Sales, Marni Becker, was among a small group of travel industry professionals to preview Seabourn Encore – Seabourn’s new all-suite small ship – and attend its official naming ceremony on January 5-7. As the first addition to Seabourn’s fleet since 2011, Seabourn Encore is the industry’s newest luxury small ship with a total of 300 suites, all with private verandas, to accommodate up to 600 guests.
Seabourn is offering new features on Seabourn Encore, including The Retreat, with 15 private cabanas underneath sailcloth canopies, as well as an array of dining options such as the new signature restaurant, The Grill by Thomas Keller and Sushi, a new dining venue which makes its debut on the ship.
