New Kempinski Hotel Opens in Prague

October 22, 2008 By: Jena Tesse Fox

The Kempinski Hybernská Prague opened its doors to guests on October 15. The property is a  renovated 17th century listed building, styled to create the ambiance of a private residence in its 75 rooms and suites. Guests staying at Kempinski Hybernská Prague through March 31, 2009 can take advantage of special rates (approximately $530 for a One Bedroom Suite, approximately $422.70 for a Grand Deluxe Room and approximately $319 for a Superior Room, excluding tax), which are valid for single or double occupancy and include a sumptuous buffet breakfast.

Le Grill, the property's restaurant, serves international cuisine as well as a selection of Czech specialties. Two Steps, the property’s bar, is set under vaulted ceilings complete with original moldings, and will be open to both city and hotel residents. Unique to the property is The Garden at Kempinski, a beautifully landscaped enclave within the city. Trees over seven meters high were airlifted into the garden, which is only accessible through the hotel.
