The joint venture between Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and the Denihan Hospitatily Group has garnered even more coverage in a recent brief on Dow Jones Newsire.
Under the new agreement, Pebblebrook will pay $152 million for a 49 percent stake in six of Denihan’s upscale Manhattan hotels.
