The acclaimed Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil has opened a new Bistro & Bar showcasing new plat du jour menu, charcuterie plates, and rotating house-made cocktail infusions. The new venue, which provides Napa Valley views, gives diners the chance to sample the Michelin-starred restaurant without making a commitment to a full dining experience.

The new Bistro & Bar also complements Auberge du Soleil, Napa Valley resort ‘s La Plage pool bar, La Pagode, La Galerie and in-room dining. The menu at Bistro & Bar will feature a signature Auberge dish, which rotates on a daily basis.  Wednesday offers Baby Back Ribs, Hoisin Glaze, Cole Slaw and Corn Bread for $22.  Thursdays offer lighter fare with a dish of Soba Noodles Swimming in Dashi Broth with Shrimp Tempura and Tagaroshi for $24. As a third example, Sunday serves up the signature Steak Haché en Sous Vide with Traditional Garnish, Pommes Frites, and Black Truffle Oil for $21. The resident Bar Chef Colin McCarthy offers an artisanal approach to the classic cocktail with drinks like the “Dark & Stormy” with Hawaiian Sugarcane and the famous “Auberge Bloody Mary.”
