The Cancun Tourism Institute expects to increase agents' awareness of the destination with its recently improved online program. According to the CTI, more than 3,300 agents have graduated since 2005. Established by the Cancun Convention and Visitors Bureau, CTI includes a comprehensive program consisting of a study course, an optional familiarization trip and a loyalty program. The 2007 online campus now offers new videos, better streaming, new virtual tour hotel overviews, easier course navigation, faster downloading and an entirely rewritten and improved study guide.
