Relais & Chateaux property Cobblers Cove, on Barbados, will reopen October 5 following its traditional summer recess. The Caribbean haven completed renovations, replenishing most of the resort suites' furnishings, adding new foliage to suite gardens, transforming kitchens and refurbishing pool and patio furniture.

Cobblers Cove will have international chef Brian Porteus, head of Pordylo’s restaurant in Kilkenny, Ireland, in its kitchen, concentrating on local organic fresh produce with simple plates with no more than four ingredients per plate.
