Hilton Hotels Corp. has signed an agreement with Hillcrest Development (Samui) Ltd. to manage a luxury villa project scheduled to open in late 2008 on Koh Samui in Thailand. The Conrad Koh Samui Resort and Spa will comprise 79 villas and 39 Conrad Residential villas. The 25-acre parcel provides views of the Gulf of Thailand and other islands, as well as coconut plantations on Koh Samui. Each villa will have a plunge pool and sundeck. The resort will have a variety of restaurants, as well as a business center and meeting space. The menu at the spa will provide a mix of international and Thai treatments.
