ErgoExpo Expected to Draw Thousands

Sit up straight, don’t slouch, and be sure to lift with your legs and not your back.  No, mom’s not coming to town, but the 2009 National Ergonomics Conference (ErgoExpo) is coming to Las Vegas this November.

Held at Caesar’s Palace from November 17-20, the conference will attract business people from all over the nation.  Featuring a wide range of topics from accommodating for an aging workforce to safely controlling an outdoor worksite, over 75 educational events will be offered.

"After 15 years there's a reason why ErgoExpo is the largest ergonomics event in the nation. We're proud to serve this industry, and we strive to produce an event that not only educates and energizes attendees, but also prepares them to be their best at their jobs, no matter what type of economy, no matter what type of business they serve," commented Walter Charnizon, President, Continental Exhibitions, Inc., owners/producers of ErgoExpo.

Some of the keynote speakers at the exposition include Frank Maguire, a founder and former SVP of FedEx who will share strategies on motivating employees, and David Cochran, PhD, a Professor of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska.
