When Lanai's Lodge at Koele reopens November 15 as the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, the Lodge at Koele, guests will have multiple dining choices. The Dining Room will serve dinner nightly, featuring local ingredients prepared with classical European techniques. The Terrace will have a contemporary American grill concept, with vegetarian options and menus for children and teens. The Tea Room Bar will have cocktails and other beverages, as well as a light dining menu. Afternoon tea also will be served in the Great Hall. And the Experience at Koele Clubhouse will continue to provide sandwiches, salads and other light fare. Renovations to the property total $50 million.
