Nevada’s largest holiday drive-thru light show, Glittering Lights, plans to debut the Santa Tram powered by AAA Nevada this season.
Guests board at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to view millions of lights from an open-air tram and sing carols with the elf conductor. The red carpet treatment with each ticket includes complimentary cocoa, treats, photos with Santa, and a toasty outdoor area with games.
Glittering Lights will continue its 16-year tradition as southern Nevada's premiere drive-thru light show. Glittering Lights' “ANYDAY Carload Ticket” for Friday through Sunday, holidays, and December 19-25 will be $30 per vehicle. Glittering Lights' “VALUE Carload Ticket” for Monday through Thursday will remain at $20 per vehicle.
Goodwill of Southern Nevada will continue to offer a $5 discount entry voucher for Glittering Lights Carload Tickets with a donation of clothing or household items. The voucher will available in November at any of the stores, drop off locations or attraction entry. Additionally, a portion of each ticket benefits Speedway Children’s Charities Las Vegas Chapter.
Glittering Lights will open for the season on Friday, November 11. Santa Tram powered by AAA Nevada operates on select nights beginning Thanksgiving weekend.
