On the southernmost tip of Miami Beach—just five blocks from Ocean Drive— is the Hilton Bentley Miami / South Beach, a 100-suite property surrounded by several restaurants and night spots. New to the property are Gaia Ristorante, a new fine-dining Italian restaurant, and the Asian-inspired, all-suite Spa 101.
A “walking menu” serves as an interesting twist at the restaurant. Chef Gaetano Ascione visits each table to discuss guests’ preferences in order to create individually tailored dishes. Entrees from the regular menu include pasta, fish, shellfish and meat.
The spa is located on the fourth floor and offers ocean views and uses organic products.
