Hilton Hawaiian Village Names New Director of Food and Beverage

jeffrey yedlinHilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort has named Jeffrey Yedlin as the resort’s director of food and beverage, bringing with him more than 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

Prior to joining Hilton Hawaiian Village, Yedlin was the vice president of food and beverage at the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino, a part of MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas

He was responsible for the long-term food and beverage strategy of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, catering, banquets and theme park concessions as well as the designing and implementing of new concepts. He also served as vice president of food and beverage at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, overseeing its restaurants, bars, partner venues and food and beverage tenants. Yedlin began his career at MGM’s Treasure Island Hotel and Casino as a fountain worker, assistant manager and general manager of the self-service restaurants. 

He later was promoted to beverage assistant manager and beverage manager. Since then, Yedlin has held positions including executive director of food and beverage at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and complex director of beverage at the Excalibur and Luxor Hotel and Casino.
