St. Charles is a new luxury resort that recently opened on North Caicos in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The resort has 15 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with private balconies and views of the Caribbean. Through April 7, high-season rates for a one-bedroom oceanfront suite are $560 and $660 for a two-bedroom oceanfront suite. The three-bedroom oceanfront penthouse is $2,800.
