Blige, Diana Ross and Sean Paul will join Elton John, Al Green, Gladys Knight, Earth Wind & Fire, LL Cool J, Beres Hammond and Heather Headley at the 3rd Annual Plymouth Jazz Festival in Tobago. The festival takes place from April 27 to 29, 2007 at the Fort James/Plymouth Recreational Field.
