Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has appointed Dominik Stamm general manager of the Mövenpick Hotel Saigon. Prior to joining the Mövenpick group, Stamm had spent nine years with Amari Hotels & Resorts. His most recent posting was general manager of the Amari Orchid Resort & Tower in Pattaya, Thailand, where he was instrumental in opening the Ocean Tower, the resort’s 5-star extension. He also oversaw the creation of the property’s signature Mantra Restaurant & Bar. Stamm, a Swiss national, holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality & Tourism Management from Bournemouth University in the U.K., and a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from IHTTI, Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
