Nepal Promulgates Interim Constitution

Nepal has promulgated an interim constitution that has been endorsed by the country's new interim parliament, according to the latest word from the Nepal Tourism Board. The new unicameral parliament is made up of 330 members, 83 from the CPN (Maoists). This new constitution formally ends conflict that spanned a decade.
