Hayden Ferry Lakeside, a mixed-use project in Tempe, AZ, will include a new Le Meridien hotel. Le Meridien at Tempe Town Lake marks the brand's first new build since being acquired by Starwood last fall. The 183-room property will have 44 residential units and complement other facilities in the development, such as a spa/fitness club, 350 condominiums and high-end restaurants.
