Beach Enclave North Shore, Turks and Caicos: In November, Beach Enclave, a new collection of luxury villas on Providenciales, unveiled the first of its three developments. Beach Enclave North Shore comprises nine private villas, set on 10 beachfront acres, that offer the services and amenities of a luxury resort.

Conceived for sophisticated, barefoot beach living, Beach Enclave North Shore’s ocean-view and beachfront villas each provide guests with more than 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The new Courtyard by Marriott is Bonaire’s first U.S.-branded hotel.

Courtyard by Marriott Bonaire: The first-ever U.S.-branded hotel on Bonaire has opened less than a quarter mile from the island’s airport and five minutes from downtown Kralendijk. Guest amenities at the two-story, 136-room / four-suite property include a modern fitness center, infinity pool, three meeting spaces totaling more than 2,700 square feet, and BLT Grille, an American steakhouse. An onsite dive center is scheduled to open in early 2017.

The building design was led by Coleman Partners Architects LLC, which has experience working with Marriott brands, including Ritz-Carlton hotels in both Aruba and New Orleans and the Renaissance Curacao.
