According to published reports, Olympia Gaming has plans for a new $500 million hotel and casino at the Legends at Sparks Marina in Sparks, NV. Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of next year on an unnamed 12-acre project along Helms Lake. Phase one will consist of 500 luxury rooms, a 65,000-square-foot casino, 50,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space and a full-service spa. Phase two would also see the addition of another 500 rooms, additional casino space and restaurant facilities.
