More than 25 international restaurateurs serve tapas-sized portions of their regional specialties, which include dishes from such places as China and Italy, as well as those closer to home, like Oklahoma. Making an appearance this year are well-known chefs like Cat Cora, Roy Yamaguchi, Todd English, Robert Irvine and Jose Gutierrez.
Daily seminars offer complimentary wine and beer tastings and the live music is a varied lineup of classic rock, oldies and jazz throughout the day.
