Travel Impressions, CTO Discuss Ways to Offer Further Education, Products for Travel Agents

Scott Wiseman, president of Travel Impressions, recently met with Hugh Riley, secretary general of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), to discuss ways the two organizations can work together to further education and product offerings for travel agents. 

They also explored opportunities in which they could jointly promote the Caribbean through collaborative initiatives.

“During discussions, we opened the door to new ideas for Travel Impressions and CTO to launch exciting programs and projects that will reach a common goal of increasing awareness and arrivals for Caribbean destinations,” said Wiseman in a written release. “We are excited to bring this relationship to the next level and, ultimately, further serve our travel agent partners with new opportunities to increase their bottom line.”
 

One of the key cooperative initiatives Travel Impressions and CTO will look at over the next few months will be creation of an enhanced training and education program for travel agents to help retailers maximize profitability selling Caribbean vacations.
