United Airlines on Wednesday announced a partnership with Chicago restaurant owner and chef Charlie Trotter. Beginning this summer, customers flying United's first and business classes on eastbound flights to Europe and on the carrier's premium transcontinental service can select cuisine created by Trotter, an author of 14 cookbooks and host of the PBS series, "The Kitchen Sessions with Charlie Trotter."
