Viceroy Hotels, Resorts & Residences from Kor Hotel Group has announced its first new build with the February 2009 opening of Viceroy Miami. The 50-story residential hotel forms the centerpiece of the groundbreaking ICON Brickell project, a three-tower “city within a city” being developed on 10 bayfront acres along Brickell Avenue. The hotel will have 168 guest rooms, a signature restaurant, event spaces and an exclusive rooftop pool-lounge on the 50th floor reserved for Viceroy guests and ICON homeowners.
