Visit London is offering travelers to the UK the new Totally London Phonecard service. Powered by Redstone Telecom, UK visitors can call the U.S. for two pence per minute (about four cents). With the electronic service, users only need their account number, PIN number and U.S. access number to call the States, and those purchasing at least 20 GBP (about $38) of talk time will receive an additional 20 percent talk time minutes for free.
