Now taking reservations for its December 1, 2016 opening is the new W Las Vegas, set to open this winter on the emerging North End of the Las Vegas Strip.
The hotel will take over a 289-room tower of the SLS Las Vegas, transforming it into an elevated hotel-within-a-hotel concept. Guestrooms will range from 322 square feet in the Wonderful Room to 2,382 square feet within the EWOW Suite, which comes complete with a separate living room, oversized bath and mountain views.
The W Las Vegas will open in phases, holding its soft opening for hotel rooms December 1 and a grand opening in February 2017. It’s also the first big brand hotel to hit the strip, as well as being the only major hotel opening on Las Vegas Boulevard in 2017.
The property will boast a private entrance for guests as well as signature W brand amenities, including social venues like the WET rooftop pool and The Living Room, where guests and visitors will mingle in a lounge-style setting. The hotel will also feature a multi-million dollar new tower, designed by AvroKO Hospitality Group and Gensler Architects, offering 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space as well as a WET rooftop pool.
Other amenities of the hotel include a 24-hour FIT gym, the Away spa, W’s signature Whatever/Whenever service and the most meeting space of any W property yet. Guests of the hotel will also have access to dining options including Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres; Katsuya; Cleo; Umami Burger; 800 Degrees Neopolitan Pizza; Northside Café; Chinese Kitchen; and The Perq, in addition to a variety of nightlife venues.
