The Travel Corporation Announces Rescheduling Policy for Europe Flights Affected by Weather

The Travel Corporation announced a reschedule policy for clients affected by weather-related flight cancellations on vacations to Europe in the next two weeks. The details are as follows:

Passengers departing between Dec. 20 and Dec. 31, 2010, whose flight is cancelled, will be allowed to re-book a winter/spring tour departing on or before March 31, 2011. The alternate vacation must be selected on or before Jan. 7, 2011. Passengers will be responsible for any land and/or air price increases for their new tour or date chosen. Clients both with and without The Travel Corporation's Travel Protection coverage will be able to reschedule per the aforementioned conditions.

Travel agent partners should contact relevant reservations call centers if air schedule has been booked by a Travel Corporation brand because airlines might have routing and rebooking time restraints.

If the flight is NOT cancelled and clients choose not to travel, normal brochure cancellation policy will apply. The Travel Corporation encourages passengers to check flight status online as airlines are updating the statuses frequently.
