Travcoa Unveils a “Taste of Slovenia”

Travcoa has a new 10-day "Taste of Slovenia" itinerary that it’s created in partnership with Rok Kvaternik, the publisher of National Geographic Slovenia; Janez Bogataj, the author of National Geographic's "Taste Slovenia" cookbook; and Slovenian businessman Miha Rott. The group provided Travcoa with their respective connections, cultural insights and on-the-ground knowledge to create the program.

Guests will take part in a private cooking demonstration with Bogataj; visit several wineries, such as Movia, for private tastings; dine at the former residence of Yugoslav president Josip Broz Tito; have dinner with the mayor of Bled at a restaurant dedicated to the art of "slow food"; and then have the option to extend their trip by three days to travel exclusively with Bogataj.
