Nexion has announced that Tara Russell, president of Fathom, and author and speaker Stuart Cohen will serve as the keynote speakers for CoNexion 2016.
The theme for this year’s CoNexion is “Building Bridges.” The event will convene at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, September 14-17, 2016.
As one of CoNexion 2016’s keynote speakers and president of Fathom, Tara Russell will share her insights on Cuba travel and the brand’s new social impact cruise opportunities. Russell generated the idea for Fathom in 2013 and led the research, design and development of the brand. Fathom’s first, historic journey to Cuba sailed earlier this month. In 2014, Russell was invited by the World Economic Forum to join the global leader community and to be a Founding Curator for Global Shapers World Economic Forum Community.
Also featured as a keynote speaker at CoNexion 2016 will be speaker, business coach and author Stuart Cohen. In the spirit of CoNexion’s 2016 theme, Building Bridges, Cohen will deliver a keynote address titled Bridge of 1,000 Journeys.
CoNexion 2016 will also offer educational opportunities for Nexion travel agents, including nearly 50 workshops, as well as opportunities to hear and learn from top industry executives, and meet with supplier partners during supplier roundtables and the trade show on September 16.
