Optional extensions in India included: Kerala, the Himalayas, Udaipur, Varanasi, Mumbai, as well as a safari to spot Bengal tigers.
Participants enjoyed special experiences throughout the journey, including a private visit to the Burj Khalifa and a desert sundowner safari in Dubai; visits to the Jama Masjid and Humayun’s Tomb, and a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk bazaar in Delhi; visits to the Taj Mahal at sunrise and sunset, and The Red Fort in Agra; visits to the Amber Fort, the Jantar Mantar, and the historic center in Jaipur.
Highlights also included an elephant safari and al fresco champagne breakfast, a camel polo tournament, and a gala dinner at the City Palace in Jaipur, hosted by the resident prince.
